Studio SF accepts bespoke landscape design commissions beginning at $5,000, with most comprehensive residential projects ranging from $16,000-$50,000+ based on property size, scope, and level of detail required.

A detailed proposal is prepared following consultation and site evaluation.

Studio SF works with homeowners investing in construction installation of $150,000-$900,000+ in their exterior environments.

1 HR Landscape consultation

A 1 Hr Landscape Consultation at the Project Site or via Zoom.

Conceptual Landscape Plan: Phase I

Requires an existing site base / topgraphic boundary lot survey provided by licensed surveyor before preparing a Conceptual Landscape plan, depicting conceptually areas for hardscape, softscape, and site elements.

Landscape Construction Documents: Phase II

May include: Demolition Plan, Layout Plan, Planting Plan, Irrigation Plan, Lighting Plan, & Grading & Drainage Plan..

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

• Construction Details of site elements ( paving, firepit, pergola, etc)

• 3D Rendered images of the Landscape Design to visualize the proposed garden.

• Furniture Layout Plan
